• Issuing invoices on behalf of clients
• Receiving customer payments
• Distributing funds to clients

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Comply with all applicable laws (including anti-money laundering and tax laws)
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are outlined in your client agreement. We reserve the right to amend fees with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Meredith or licensed to us. Clients may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without permission.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate services with immediate effect if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may terminate by giving [30 days] written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
