Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of the Meredith website, enquiry facilities and any online portal or electronic service made available by Meredith.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users and applicants must not use Meredith’s systems or services for, in connection with, or to support:

  • illegal activity, fraud, theft, deception, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or tax evasion;
  • content involving minors, non-consensual activity, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, violence, coercion or unlawful sexual content;
  • stolen identity, impersonation, forged documents, false business records or misleading payment information;
  • infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
  • malware, hacking, scraping, denial-of-service activity or unauthorised system access;
  • payments or transactions lacking a genuine lawful commercial basis;
  • circumvention of platform, banking, payment-provider or legal restrictions;
  • any activity that exposes Meredith, a bank, platform, provider or another person to material legal, regulatory, reputational or security risk.

3. Information and cooperation

Users and clients must provide complete, current and accurate information, promptly answer reasonable questions and supply documents reasonably requested to verify identity, authority, transaction purpose, services, payment instructions or source of funds.

4. Platform rules

Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms, content policies, payout rules and verification requirements of each platform they use.

5. Monitoring and action

Meredith may review information, delay or refuse instructions, request further evidence, restrict or suspend access, report matters where legally required, or terminate a relationship where this policy is breached or risk is unacceptable.

6. No obligation to process

Meredith is not required to accept an applicant, payment, instruction, platform, jurisdiction, counterparty or business model.

7. Reporting concerns

Suspected misuse may be reported to elee@meredithint.com.
