Formal notice for B2B customers being invoiced by Meredith on a supplier’s behalf.

For customers receiving invoices from Meredith International Limited.

What This Notice Is

You have received an invoice issued by Meredith International Limited on behalf of a supplier you have engaged.

This notice explains Meredith’s role.

This notice is informational and does not create a contractual relationship between you and Meredith. Your contract for the underlying services remains with the supplier named on the invoice.

Meredith’s Role

The supplier named on your invoice has appointed Meredith International Limited as its commercial agent under a written agreement.

The supplier has appointed Meredith to issue invoices, receive payment, reconcile funds, and remit the proceeds to the supplier.

Effect of Payment

Payment to Meredith International Limited in respect of an invoice constitutes payment to the supplier and discharges your obligation to the supplier to the extent of the amount paid.

You are not separately liable to Meredith.

What Meredith Does Not Do

Meredith does not provide the underlying services covered by the invoice.

Meredith does not act for you.

Meredith does not have the authority to vary the price, terms or scope of the services agreed between you and the supplier.

Service Issues

Any question about the underlying services — quality, scope, delivery, dispute, refund — is a matter between you and the supplier.

Please contact the supplier directly using the contact details on the invoice or the supplier’s own communications.

Payment Issues

If you have a question about how to pay an invoice, a payment that has been made but not recognised, or a duplicate or incorrect invoice issued by Meredith, please contact us at admin@meredithint.com.

We will acknowledge the query and investigate it promptly.
