Meredith acts only under an individual written agreement. The agreement defines the client appointment, permitted services, fees and settlement terms.

Meredith is not a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, escrow provider, tax adviser or investment adviser.

Payments have dependencies.
Payment acceptance and timing remain subject to verification, banking availability, platform requirements, third-party rules and applicable law.

Eligibility is not automatic.
Meredith may request information, conduct checks, impose conditions, decline an applicant or restrict a service where risk is unacceptable.

Instructions can be paused.
Meredith may delay, reject or investigate an instruction where supporting evidence is missing or legal, fraud, banking, platform or operational risk arises.

Records support review.
Website enquiries and cookie choices are linked to the legal version that applied. Client and transaction evidence belongs to the separate authenticated service.
Public boundary
Check the agreement. Check the invoice.
A third party’s regulatory status does not transfer to Meredith. Do not rely on a logo or a general website statement when checking a specific payment. Use the supplier details, invoice reference and contact route shown on the document.
